"Forty years of staying in hotels regularly - and this is the first hotel that I would return to without any doubt or hesitation. It's not top of the range, nor the bottom - but it has been the best. Came for two weeks and stayed for a month! Staff at the hotel are a big part of the rave review. In every interaction with them, from front desk. bar, housekeeping and restaurant the staff provided the magic. Management should be proud! It's not a fancy resort with amazing pool surrounded by palm trees. It is super clean, very convenient and well located near to some great places to eat and shop. Highly recommended. I made a note that this trip was for my girlie's birthday, and they decorated our bed with rose petals, filled our bathtub w flowers, and even delivered a cake to our door while singing happy birthday. Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud.
