"Since we had a tire problem on the road, we were unable to make it to Susanville. I was unable to reach either Expedia or the motel. Calling the motel put me into a loop with "Justin". I expect to get charged for the night but it is unacceptable that I couldn't let the motel know I would not be there. Expedia's web site required my password even though I had the itinerary #. Very poor!"

Very warm jacuzzi. Unfortunately the pool was not open until the day we left. I most definitely will stay there again when we return! "
