"The place was great but at about 7 am a man came into our room when we were in bed. The front desk asked if we left our clean room tag on the door which we had not. The man just said sorry sorry when came in. So make sure your lock is across your door. The front desk said it was staff and they would look into it."

"Broken elevator without any plan to get it fixed - was told waiting for a part. Had to ask for help with the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The issue was that there was no plan and it wasn’t offered. It’s an expensive hotel and the service was not professional. There were no apologies and no financial compensation. I’ve stayed there many times and this was my last."

We booked a total of 5 rooms for our entire family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations. We also loved the facilities. The gym was well-equipped, the pool was fantastic, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The bar was another highlight of our stay. The atmosphere was inviting, and the drinks were expertly prepared and delicious, making it a great place to unwind in the evenings. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was its breathtaking architecture and beautifully designed interiors. Every area of the property reflected elegance and attention to detail, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—helpful, cordial, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. "Déjeuner continental assez ordinaire dans un endroit un peu restreint. Le savon à lessive impregnait les draps et serviettes d'une odeur de parfum floral très forte voire étouffante. L'endroit est bruyant dû à sa situation collée sur l'autoroute ce que, je conçois, est impossible a changer mais bon à savoir."

"I honestly thought I was pulling into a dive motel but I was very happily mistaken. The staff were PHENOMENAL and the room was probably the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Including my own at home. I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the volume on the tv, but that’s okay because I only turned it on to be background noise while I doom-scrolled on TikTok anyway. The shower was great. The towels were meh. Had a microwave, coffee maker and full fridge; which I devastatingly left my strawberry Nutella crepe leftovers in. I was an hour away after checkout when I realized I forgot it and briefly considered going back for it. I instead wept the rest of my journey home. Great stay. I’ll be back."
