"The host/owner was amazing. However the property was very very dated and needs a major overhaul and upgrades. My shower did not work properly. And over it was just a terrible experience."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"We went here to celebrate a family members anniversary this past Valentine’s Day weekend. What a great experience this was! From the moment we checked in and were offered fresh cold cocktails to all the points in between. The staff and their attentiveness was amazing. The food was great, the bars were great, the activities were fun, and the location was beautiful. Definitely a great vacation at a great price and we would definitely visit here again. Forgot to mention everything was included… yes...

"I loved everything about VR club tulum. The staff was very welcoming and kind and polite. Pools are great. The beach had seaweed, but that’s out of any humans control—Mother Nature! The only thing is that the shower water doesn’t get very hot but it’s still warm. Also, it was my birthday and my dads and they gave a cute cake with a cute decoration on the bed. I can’t wait to go back!!!"

"I would highly recommend the resort for anyone wanting to get away from crowds at larger resorts. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food and the views were top notch. There is plenty to do especially for divers and fisherman."

"Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar"
