Great location. Very convenient for people travelling from JFK airport. Twenty minute train ride on the LIRR from Jamaica station and then a ten minute walk from Grand Central. Staff were all polite and helpful. One minor issue with TV remote control on first day which was rectified quickly.

The power outlets were sparse and old which made the connection very loose. Also no direct USB-C ports which made it hard to charge anything bedside.
The rooms were very small and after opening bags, there were no wiggle room to move around and adjust.

I’ve stayed multiple here times. The property is beautiful and the front desk and especially the team at the front door are exceptional. However, there are inconsistencies with housekeeping. Turndown service was erratic and happened only once during my stay while the friend I was traveling with had it consistently each of the three nights. And while the service in the restaurant is excellent, the food does not stand up. Overcooked “poached” eggs, cold potatoes, barely toasted toast. Disappointing overall. I’m hopeful the Wall Street Hotel can get back to the level of quality and service I once knew it to be.
