This is Apartment style living with a 24 hour reception (but no restaurants etc. within the building apart from the mini mart) which is great so don’t make the mistake to think this is a five star hotel and then give it a bad rating. If you are after that book next door.
Yes, some people have made comments about busy lifts in their reviews and this is true, but it is not as bad as many describe it and there are lots of great cafes and restaurants right opposite or nearby nearby and the City Centre is a short walk away.
