THERE’S NO HOT WATER!!! Being located in Genting Highlands, that’s one of the most important amenity. Fix your heaters! Think about your customers.

Good stay overall with comfy beds, water dispenser, cooking utensils, 2x TV, great shower heater, and lots of mattress provided (x3). Downpoints: 1. Complicated parking 2. Couldn't open balcony (clogged drainage) Great stay with family highly recommended

Although they Moved us to a different room, The original room was terrifying. Because the floor tiles in the secondary bedroom started cracking and popping and sounded like somebody is breaking into the apartment. The room that we got moved into afterwards. The new room was not any better The room was filthy had to beg for them to clean the room in the first place, there was no hot water. We can never take a proper Good hot shower. The water was always cold or the water would be hot for less than 2 minutes and then turn to be cold. And we asked them multiple times to come over to fix this situation, but nothing was ever done. The windows were still feed with grime and dirt covered on the outside and on the inside. Whenever we took a shower, water would get everywhere all over the bathroom. No matter if we closed the door not, the door seemed to be there just for decoration. The tv was also in a horrible condition, It would oftentimes glitch out and stop playing or pause for an extended period of time, and there was a giant line throughout the tv. Although the staff members were trying to be accommodating to us. We did not have a pleasant experience For the duration of our time there and I do not recommend anybody to book this, Unless if you want to be brought up with disappointment and disgust.
