"A bit on the expensive side - but worth it for the comfort, convenience and cleanliness. Room is spacious - (we stayed in a king room). Bathroom - clean and shower pressure is good. Bed - comfortable and sheets were nice and clean. Location - walking distance from airport (Tullamarine)"

"We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier."

"We had such a lovely stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! We loved the thoughtful little touches, especially being greeted with “Happy Anniversary” as soon as we checked in and the breakfast in bed. It’s the little details that made our stay feel extra special. Such a relaxing and memorable experience. we’d definitely come back!"

"Very convenient hotel to the airport. A little older hotel, but very clean and great staff."

"convenient location, good size room and bed shower was excellent"

"Room was great for 4 people but had a strange smell on entering the room . After a while you didn't notice it , but each time on entering you could smell it"
