Charmaine was so rude she’s the owner she’s racism, you put deposits $250 and she canceled our booking without letting us explain We have to put deposits and we haven’t seen the room we only get the key and we didn’t get any money back, I never seen anything rude reception like her. We had the disability room. It was large as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable however the beds really need brakes on the wheels as the beds move away from the wall. Overall a large clean quiet room
