古い座敷がある昔風の旅館であるが、近年の旅行指向にあっている。
成田空港にも近く外国人にも喜ばれそう。
成田空港は羽田空港と競合せずに、成田の良さを活かした工夫が必要である。（例：ハブ空港化、や格安飛行機の発着拠点化など）
