"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour. "

La atención recibida en recepción también fue impecable, proceso del checkin fue rápido y ágil. El acceso directo al parking fue muy cómodo por los días lluviosos. No llegué a echar en falta nada, todo estaba mejor de lo descrito cuando lo reservé, solo cabe desacatar que aparecía que tenía plancha de ropa, pero no fue un inconveniente ya que lo pedimos en recepción y nos lo trajeron. De todas maneras, han sido muy buenos y la estancia para nosotrxs ha sido increíble y muy muy cómoda.

"Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was.
The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. The kitchen area was well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was comfortable. The heating worked well and the apartment was warm.
The only downside was the muffled traffic noise but it was on the main road through the resort.
It’s not too far from the ski lifts, probably a 5 minute walk. Not much in the way of apres ski or restaurants but overall a good place. "
