  • This executive home is located in Sylvan Lake, AB. A beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. There is ample parking for vehicles and recreational vehicles. Main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Surround sound on the main, downstairs and outside. The basement has a games room, a theatre room as well as a fully equipped bar, that leads to a walk-out patio with seating. Outside, there is a kids swing set and trampoline, a BBQ, fire pit, fire table with seating.
