The Space:
** Kindly be aware of the enclosed pond within the glass atrium, located between the bathroom and living area. The doors are lockable, but guests with young children should exercise caution and ensure their supervision to prevent any accidents.**

Designed to maximize natural light, the house features skylights and an innovative 'glass link' design that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces. The open-plan living area invites you to relax by a cozy gas fireplace and enjoy modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Our young travellers (or young at heart!) will love the possum play couch, perfect for building forts and encouraging imaginative play.

The true charm of this home lies in its seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Step outside to a welcoming timber deck and garden retreat featuring an 6-seater dining table, a daybed for relaxation, a trampoline for the kids' enjoyment, and a BBQ grill for culinary adventures. A selection of children's toys is thoughtfully provided, allowing you to unwind with a glass of wine or enjoy dinner while the kids play in the garden.

Villa Catherine boasts a generously sized family bathroom complete with heated flooring and towel rack, a large bathtub and a spacious shower. The shower area opens out into a glass atrium which can be opened up to a small rainforst style garden and small pond.

Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort during warmer months and portable heaters to keep you cozy during the winter chill. The bunk bedroom, adorned with delightful artwork and a carefully curated toy collection, ensures your young ones are entertained, affording you the opportunity to fully relax during your family holiday.

Cooking and entertaining are a breeze in the renovated kitchen, which offers modern appliances, essential cooking utensils, and a convenient walk-in pantry stocked with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. The kitchen window's can be fully opened onto the timber deck allowing you to socialise with your guests whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

There is an external full laundry with new Miele washing machine and dryer and portable washing line.

We also provide a portacot and highchair if you are travelling with kids.

If you are driving, you can park for free on the street without any time limits (subject to availability).

Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
