* Rubbish Collection Day*
You will have to take the bins out to the curb on Wednesday for collection. If you are confused, feel free to contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in.
* COVID-19 Sanitisation*
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
*No Parties*
A party with loud music is strictly prohbited on our property.
There are families with children around. So need to be quiet after 9pm.
If we found out a party held in the property, we have to charge the extra cleaning fee as $1,000 and eviction from the property will be the next step.
Noise level needs to be at an appropiate level after 9pm. Or the neighbors will call the police asap.
