"Beautiful historic property. Located across the street from the lake in Lucerne. Very walkable to downtown Lucerne. The best part was the wonderful staff. They worked hard to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this if you like older historic properties with a lot of character. We loved our room with the balcony."

"Stayed in the honeymoon suite with our two boys and parents and there was plenty of room however only one shower. The location is excellent - centrally located and very walkable. Hotel staff was nice and facility was clean. My mom was very happy to have fresh towels every day without asking. No AC and temperatures in the 80's, so an extra oscillating fan would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. "

"Family owned hotel and restaurant was a nice touch. Located just outside of Luzern downtown and reachable by train which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Note the train only comes once an hour so plan accordingly. Several walkable restaurants nearby. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and provided travel adapters for free. Breakfast was a nice spread including eggs, cheese, meats and other items. Hotel was very quiet and well kept. Great base for Luzern and the area. "

"طاقم العمل جداً متعاون ولطيف تم توفير تذكرة الباص مجاناً مدة الاقامة الغرف نظيفة ولاكن مساحة الغرفة جداً صغيرة وسط مدينة لوسيرن قريب من الفندق تستطيع الذهاب له مشياً تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقيقة مشياً ولاكن مع تذكرة الباص اسهل ولا تريد المشي او استخدام السياره شكراً لتعامل طاقم الاستقبال الراقي جداً"
