The hotel is at a good location in the old town. Hotel is clean. However, it was noisy due to construction across the street. My bathroom shower/shampoo soap bottle was not filled so I had no soap to use while showering and couldn’t call front desk because it’s past 9 pm. 😣

Great location; very good breakfast! Janine served GF bread to my husband and he was happy! USB plugs in room were not working but we were fine. Good sized room; bathroom had a tub! I’m not a fan of the combined shampoo and body wash; I missed having some lotion and conditioner.

I was very happy with this hotel. the single room was small but I knew that and the good rate reflected it. and it was so clean and such a great location near everything in this walkable iconic swiss town. I came in straight from the train station, an easy walk, and i was immediately made so comfortable by the sweet young lady helping me get situated and checked in at the front desk. highly recommended for a cozy sleep in the heart of Luzern

It was a lovely property to stay at. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities/toiletries. The view from my room was gorgeous as it looked out into Old Town. The one factor I didn't really like was that the cleaning team starts very early in the day (around maybe 8am) and the noise would echo through the hall to my room. I wanted to catch up on some sleep but wasn't able to due to the noise. The hotel location was very convenient. I would still want to come back to stay at this hotel the next time i visit Lucerne.

Nice large clean modern room. Staff was very helpful, especially prior to our stay, with answering questions. They made some great restaurant suggestions and helped with information to day trip to Mt Pilatus. Our beautiful room had 2 windows that opened up to the plaza and fountain below, but was surprisingly noisy (loud people outside at night). It’s in a great location, but not in a main foot traffic area. I would definitely stay there again!
