"Rented this house for 3 weeks. It is large with a nice floor plan and is in a very convenient location in Surprise. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. Beds are all comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are lovely (we paid extra to get the temps to our liking). Robert was very responsive to some minor issues that arose during our stay, and to our questions and requests for assistance. Would definitely consider staying here again."
