OCEANIC APARTMENTS UNIT 7
Please note that from the 7th of October 2025 until approximately the 12th of December 2025 the lift in the complex will be getting replaced. Therefore there will be no lift access during this time and guests will be required to access units by the fire stairs only. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Additionally please note that the garage for Unit 7 will not be accessible for guests use from the 18th of October 2025 until the 30th of November 2025.
Unit 7 in Oceanic is located just 150m to the patrolled area of Kings Beach and a choice of dining options. The town centre is also only a short walk away. This unit is very centrally located so you can lock the car away and walk just about everywhere!
Unit 7 boasts ocean views over Kings Beach which also emcompass the shipping lanes and out towards Moreton Island. This is the perfect place to unwind out on your balcony, or enjoy the gorgeous views directly from your living area.
Unit 7 is located on the 3rd floor with lift access. There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people in 2 Queen beds. There is one bathroom with a shower and seperate toilet.
The unit comes with a dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, TV & DVD, stereo, washing machine and dryer. The unit also has fly screens to enjoy ocean breezes comfortably. There is a lock up garage for your car and there is a shared pool in the complex.
Please note this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Main Bathroom: Walk in shower + separate toilet
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
Booking Terms
Please note that as per Body Corporate rules, smoking in the common areas, which includes the driveway is not permitted. Also, whilst the Body Corporate cannot prohibit smoking on the balconies of units as the balconies are not common property, any person smoking on a balcony needs to be aware and considerate that their cigarette smoke does not create a nuisance or health issue for other occupiers of the building.
