This welcoming abode showcases an open-plan layout seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Through expansive glass doors lies a private balcony offering stunning ocean views, perfect for dining al fresco on the outdoor table for six or unwinding on the sun lounges with a book while enjoying the sea breezes. The open-plan living room and dining area feature two inviting plush leather sofas, TV, and a dining table for six, all set against the backdrop of breathtaking ocean views. The apartment complex features a refreshing pool and BBQ area, providing a relaxing area for guests to unwind and enjoy leisurely gatherings with friends and family.

Featuring a shower, toilet, and double vanity.
Bedroom Two:
Furnished with a comfortable double bed, this room includes an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Bathroom Two:
This bathroom includes a vanity, combined shower/bath, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom Three:
Featuring two comfortable single beds, this room offers an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Laundry:
Equipped with a washing machine, dryer and clothes airer.
Kitchen:
Well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making holiday cooking a breeze.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the complex pool, spa & BBQ area. There is space to park one car in the secure underground garage. There is also free street parking available.

The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in the heart of Kings Beach you will find a patrolled beach, surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water park and beach pool located a short stroll away. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 2-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
