The property has its own private front door entrance and private courtyard. The entry (mid) level of the property comprises of the three bedrooms (which are air conditioned) and main bathroom. The lower level has a large open plan living area (new furniture has been ordered) which flows onto the private courtyard with alfresco dining table and sun umbrella. The laundry room and single car garage are also on this level.

The upper area comprises of stunning open plan living and kitchen area which flows onto a huge undercover balcony. Gorgeous white water ocean views can be seen from all of this level.
