"The first time I was there, I found that the scent in the room was very strong. I contacted the management when I got home and told them it triggered asthma for me. They apologize profusely and explained that I could request a room with less scent in the future. This past weekend, I went back to the hotel and had requested a scent free room. They not only accommodated me, they told me it is now in my file moving forward that I will get that. They were kind and very helpful. I felt safe and comfortable."

"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. Beds were also a bit too soft for our liking. Room was large enough and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A full cup coffee maker would be nice."
