"Beautiful hotel - staff extremely helpful and efficient. Well appointed rooms - lovely decor and furnishings, bathrooms had plentiful toiletries and amenity kits. Cleanliness throughout. Food was fantastic in both restaurants - especially enjoyed the dinner at Sandemans. "Amazing hotel. This is my 5th stay here. Only 2 gripes were the lift not working and we wer ein the 3rd floor and it was roasting even though we had the radiators off! Will definitely be back again though. "
