"The rooms are always clean! We LOVE staying at the Hyatt Regency!!! It is perfect for a night away from home! However, I do wish the food options stayed open a little later than what they usually do. But other than that it is a PERFECT stay!"

"I was very skeptical at staying here due to some of the reviews after I booked regarding how it was not very clean. When we got here the house was clean. I was glad about that. The inside of the house was nice. Could use a little improvements, lots of tiles cracking and you could feel the sinking in on those spots. We only utilized the downstairs area so I can’t speak for upstairs. I was very disappointed at the front and back yard. This was advertised as good for pets. The front yard was very over grown that you couldn’t even sit on the front porch because the view was blocked by overgrown bushes. The back yard was so over grown that I did not want to let my dog off leash due to the tall grass. Very disappointing. The outside did not look like the pictures at all. "

"This charming home is a family-friendly home. My plan was to take my dog, however, at the last minute I did not. Having that said, the yard was overgrown and was not mowed down, front or back so not very much a concern since I did not have my dog with me.The home was perfectly clean and offered everything one would need to stay. One bonus feature is a room with yoga mats and accessories. That was a surprise amenity. If I had to give a negative review about the home itself, I would say that it is the water not so much the pressure but I could not get hot water off of bathroom, faucets or kitchen faucet. The showers were good, except could not get a happy medium. It was either too hot or too cold. Not a dealbreaker, however, there is no on-site parking at the home. It is curbside street parking. The location is a decent walking distance to the trendy district of Bishop arts and many visitors were parking on the street, therefore we had to park four houses down and walk to the property. Host was gracious and accommodated an earlier check in request. I’d stay again!!"

"Beautifully renovated 100 year old building, located in Oak Cliff near the Bishop Arts District. The staff were very hospitable offering good refreshments and other amenities."

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"The house was an amazing step back in time to the days of stately manors. Very comfortable, very clean, and it had everything we need for a stay with 5 adults. "

"I came down here to come see my little sister & really enjoyed my stay. Lauren was very generous for allowing me access to her property & I will most definitely be using the property again when I return. It’s in a quiet neighborhood & you get really good sleep in the beds. Also the people in the area show GREAT hospitality. Thank you again Lauren god bless."
