The hotel itself was very nice, although being in downtown Dallas, it was pretty loud. I was surprised there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room or easy access to ice for drinks. I requested ice to be brought up, but unfortunately it never arrived. For the price point, I expected the service to be a little more attentive and friendly. That being said, the spa is absolutely amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay!

Incredible Memorial Weekend!! The Joule is outstanding in every facet. From the moment we arrived Oscar the Bellman introduced us to the fabulous accommodations. Our check-in was seamless and efficient Our room was a little small but comfortable with luxury touches. Robes, slippers, rain shower. We loved the fitness center but the pièce de résistance was the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. Mahmoud the bartender was superb! Kudos to the Joule, it is a Jewel
