We got an extra bed and both the base and mattress were of poor quality. The staff acts confused and lazy. It took us a lot of instructions for basic stuff like toiletries and cleaning. They haven't bothered to replace old equipment at the diner - my father almost got a first-degree burn when a milk pot with a broken handle fell. And it took them 30m to...
