The traveller has reached the end of the journey! Edmund Burke Well, not quite yet. We still had to walk through the Bosherston Lily Ponds. The beach and the ponds are part of a larger estate called the Stackpole Estate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stackpole_Estate We didn't walk the complete Pembrokeshire Coast Trail route, but I am certainly considering coming back to complete it as it is a profoundly beautiful area. Also, the hikes and scenery helped stimulate my greatest desire which is to think and write....not necessarily in that order. "The Mariner's is and always will be my first choice when visiting Haverfordwest (my home town). The rooms are comfortably spacious, spotlessly clean with a generous bathroom. The staff always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Something i have not mentioned in previous reviews, excellent tv reception and very good & stable wi fi. I mention it because i have used Premier Inns in the past and (in 3 different locations) and both services are pretty woeful."
