"Great location within walking distance to eateries, Woolworths and transport. Ubers available within minutes- incredible. Staff go above and beyond especially the Head of Housekeeping who personally showed us where the laundry room was even though she had finished work! Lovely place to stay, perfect for our needs. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Rooms/furniture were in poor condition. Booked a superior room but was only one floor up and on the road front so very noisy with guests arriving and departing all hours."

"The room was great once we got there but definitely wouldn’t have been happy to pay extra for the upgrade if that was it. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival so we went up to get our massage that we had rebooked during the week while we waited only to find that they hadn’t booked it so we had to wait 3 hours to get another appointment. The staff at the pool where rarely there so we were only able to enjoy 3 cocktails in the 3 hours we were there"
