"Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a good range of food items. Room is compact and comfy with a handy kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hob, sink and dishwasher. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. "Our stay was excellent!!"

"Clean room. Breakfast was good. Very easy to walk to the train station and surrounding areas."

"No issues at all, easy, great location"

"موقع رائع وفندق مريح "

"Not the best experience- had had an issue with an old credit card on the booking which the receptionist went on and one about at check in. Very little sound proofing so sleep was interrupted by the noise from the row of bars downstairs. This was then further exacerbated by both coffee machines in the breakfast room being out of service. Room was a decent size though"

"Great property for a last minute booking and quick stay. Very central location"

"The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from St Paul’s metro stop. The front desk staff were helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The light switches were awkwardly placed as had to switch on the bathroom light from the bedside switches. I personally don’t like wet rooms but it was a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a tea and coffee machine in reception, and tea is free."

"Clean room"

"Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park. The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping."

"For what you pay, it's 10/10. Helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, great shower and the perfect location for walking into Birmingham. Can't fault it."
