"The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. Breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory and was excellent with good choices and nice touches like home-made jams and granola. We ate in the restaurant for dinner several times and had great food every time. Staff were helpful whilst being unobtrusive. Our only suggestion is to advertise the vegan options better as...
"Parking was convenient as it’s the main parking lot for access to Tintagel Castle. The pub is large and quite busy/noisy but the food a good pub food. The room was well appointed. Unfortunately, the shower was not that clean as there was a good amount of black mold around the base and in the sliding door track. Also, the shower didn’t drain properly and we had to be very careful with the water to prevent a potential overflow. When I mentioned this to staff in the evening, they indicated that...
