"Location is perfect, close to Brussels Central station and Grand Place with lots of bars and restaurants close by, reception staff were friendly and welcoming and check in was easy, our original room was on the sixth floor and was very compact especially having three beds in it, it was clean but very warm and stuffy, we asked to change rooms, this was done quickly and efficiently by the staff, the other room felt totally different still compact but less stuffy, the bathroom was clean and the shower had shampoo and shower gel. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the cafe area looked nice. Overall a good stay in a perfect position."

We would have appreciated more variety and some changes in the daily options, especially for guests staying for several nights. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again, but having a more varied breakfast menu would definitely make the stay even better."
