"Location, location, location - it's perfect! The room was small but just fine. Has all you might need: wifi, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, fast-boil hot water pot, coffee/tea. The bathroom was large and updated; good water pressure. Staff were great. Breakfast was fabulous (both hot & cold), though not standardly included unless bundled with your room at a higher rate or the €18/pp/day paid separately (the operator is actually a separate Asian Fusion restaurant, but the breakfast menu is European/American and plentiful. Only real downsides: As others mention, the great location can also get very noisy at night, especially on weekends. I didn't mind, but you might. And the hallways and common areas could use a re-painting and new carpeting. Did not use the spa facilities or services, so cannot comment on that. Calling this a "boutique hotel" might be stretching it a bit. But it is a solid 2-3 star traveler hotel with some upsides like location and the breakfast offering on site. "

"This was our first visit to PURO. We really enjoyed the hotel—it had a wonderful ambiance, was impeccably clean, and offered excellent breakfasts. Our only minor complaint is that there were no dedicated towel racks in the bathroom; this was quite inconvenient, as the towels ended up lying on the sink in what was already a tiny space."

"Very nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, convienent location. Wonderful breakfast, (breakfast room was very chilly, bring a sweater.) It was 80F/27C outside. We were on the 14th floor. The windows were sealed shut,and the AC didn't keep the room cool. If you're coming in the summer, I'd ask for a low floor. Aside from that, an enjoyable stay. "

"The most important thing to me in a property is location… this was perfect… right in the old town near all of the main sites. At one end of the Royal Route… near the town square… multiple restaurants… as well as transportation The check in was quick and efficient… staff was pleasant. The room was small but cozy… a lot of character. In my room at least, temperature control was controlled by the hotel. I traveled during a cold period and was comfortable. All in all a great experience… would stay again…"

"Our go to hotel in Warsaw. 25-30 mins from the airport and surrounded with great food options in an area that is very clean and close to the river. Rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. Everything you need!"
