Little Eden is a luxurious detached house with a beautiful garden and two private parking spaces. This house is in a quiet town centre location.
It is short walk to four fantastic beaches, including Porthmeor for surfing (St. Ives Surf School), the St. Ives Tate, local restaurants and boutique shops, the harbour and spectacular coastal walks.
An ideal location to relax and explore everything which St. Ives has to offer.
The house is maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
It is ideal for a family with older children (aged 10+), couples or friends.
There are 3 stylishly refurbished bedrooms on the first floor.
The property offers flexible accommodation. One bedroom can be set up with twin beds, or as one Super-King size bed. Plus one double room with a King-size bed and one single bedroom (with Smart TV).
The house has a large bespoke kitchen with beautiful granite work tops, bifold doors opening out to the garden and a separate dining area for 5 people.
Little Eden has a luxurious bathroom, inviting sofas, distinctive furnishings and oak flooring in the lounge from the Cornish Tregothnan estate. It includes a Victorian fireplace from the "Downlong" area of St Ives with working gas fire, a 19th Century Cornish Range and one of the oldest water wells in St. Ives dating back to circa 1780.
There are numerous books, games, DVDs and smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+. The house has Super Fast Wi-Fi.
There is a private garden with teak furniture, parasol and a four burner gas BBQ.
A wide collection of Cornish art and Cornish pottery is on display in the house.
The convenient location of Little Eden means that guests have easy access to the town centre at all times of the year.

Little Eden is absolutely the best! Excellent location, within easy walking distance to the many attractions of St Ives - the beautiful beaches, harbor and pier; several museums, loads of great shops, restaurants and more. The house itself is just wonderful - spacious, beautifully and comfortably furnished, one immediately feels right at home. Each room is thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped, with everything a guest might need. The lounge with its cozy fire is the perfect gathering spot, the kitchen is very convenient and extremely well-equipped, the beds are beyond comfy, and the bathroom is amazing...so delightfully luxurious. The private garden is a lovely place to relax in for breakfast, or at the end of the day's adventures...in May the flowers were gorgeous! The off-street private parking is a huge bonus, too. Rohan is the consummate host, very responsive with great communication. He provided lots of helpful information and advice, from his first welcoming email at booking until, regretfully, our stay was over. I would highly recommend Rohan and Little Eden to anyone looking for a super host offering a truly outstanding place to stay in St Ives.
