"The staff in front desk were not trained and had difficulty to fulfill their duties . The heating system didn’t work . Though the Hotel was not busy , the staff were confused to give minimum service to the guests . Housekeeping was OKAY . Restaurant staffs were rude and unprofessional . Comparing to my previous stays it was a total disappointment ."

"The first time I was there, I found that the scent in the room was very strong. I contacted the management when I got home and told them it triggered asthma for me. They apologize profusely and explained that I could request a room with less scent in the future. This past weekend, I went back to the hotel and had requested a scent free room. They not only accommodated me, they told me it is now in my file moving forward that I will get that. They were kind and very helpful. I felt safe and comfortable."
