"The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep"

"The staff was phenomenal! Theresa checked me in on Friday night and was a pleasure to talk to throughout my visit! Breakfast was great and server Chris was very helpful and kind. "Booked a room at the Comfort Inn while on the road and declined their $8.00 upcharge to allow cancellation for any reason since we were on our way to the hotel and had no intention of canceling our reservation. We arrived at the hotel and they could not locate our reservation; the reason being that the reservation had inadvertently been made for two weeks in the future. The hotel also had no hot water, so we booked a room at another hotel in the area. The manager said she had no authority to cancel the reservation and said to contact the manager on Monday. Received a message from Hotels.com that they were working on the cancelation and to sit tight. They responded that the general manager had failed to respond to their emails, so I was on the hook for the full cost of the reservation. I emailed the General Manager, and she also failed to respond to my email. Emailed the GM that I will avoid Comfort Inns and other Choice Hotels in the future due to their customer disservice."
