"Cleanliness was the most important and exceeded expectations. Room was pleasantly decorated. Bathroom was adequately stocked such that I didn’t have to seek out towels or toiletries- really pleased about this!!! Parking was close to rooms. Room temperature comfortable. Staff were most pleasant. Will return next time I visit my friend in the area. A +++ experience"

"We really enjoyed staying here! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and not too far away from anything. The house was cute and clean, perfect for families. There are board games to play and a foosball table downstairs.We didn't have a lot of time to explore the area because most of our two day trip was focused on Niagara Falls, but we did enjoy the shops and restaurants on Queen Street which is only a short drive away. We did not know there were so many vineyards in the area, and wish we would have had more time to explore those. That is on us though, we booked this trip last minute and did zero research beforehand. I would have no problem booking this place again. We had fun and my wife was happy with the house, which means everyone was happy!"

"Awesome view of Martindale Pond and the finish line for a regatta. The location has four good sized bedrooms that met the needs of our 7 person party. There are three bathrooms that made getting ready to go out a breeze. Nice full size kitchen. A sun porch we really enjoyed lounging in. But by far the best was the use of the backyard with a 8 person table and chairs overlooking the water. We’d absolutely rebook this location for future visits. Cheers"

"It was nice to be so close to Downtown but yet off the main drag. The place was beautiful with all the hardwood floors and old house character. Loved all the bright natural light that came in, and enjoyed the patio every morning."
