We were getting married at the Sea to Sky Gondola on this night. We had spoken with the hotel in advance to confirm logistics (up a gondola, no way to get up and down at check in time), we were advised to contact closer to the date. We spoke with the hotel closer to the date, there was nothing they could do to assist with early check in or take our information ahead of time to ease this process on our wedding night. We then booked another location that was able to accommodate, note this is the Friday before our wedding. We then returned to the Expedia app to cancel our reservation, the app glitched and closed out on us. We then logged back in to cancel, and unfortunately with the glitch the time was now 4:01pm. We then tried to communicate with Expedia, but were sent to a virtual assistant who advised us to contact the hotel. We contacted the hotel by 4:03pm who advised us to contact Expedia and eventually spoke with a person (due to the wait at Expedia at 4:20 something). No refund was given by the hotel. No credit was provided. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever again, and I have personally stayed here numerous times over the years. If this is how they treat returning customers, can you imagine how they treat new visitors. They must be under new management as the previous manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with for any issues or recommendations.
