"The location was great as it was halfway between my home in MA and my vacation destination in Hilton Head Island SC. I was also traveling with my dog. I stayed on the way to HHI and then on the way back to MA. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations for dogs was ideal, with a large grassy area in the back of the motel for bio breaks. I had a superior non smoking room on the way down, and a standard non smoking room on the way back. Both rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and included a mini fridge and microwave. There was ample parking, with a space available in front of the room. My only issue was the traffic and neighborhood noise, which was especially loud on the Saturday of my return, including fireworks which frightened my dog. Despite the noise, I would stay again, but next time I will bring earplugs and a white noise machine!"
