"Great place to stay "

"I have never requested room change out of hundreds of time I stayed at hotels but at this property I had to do it twice. I checked in around 9pm and as soon as I entered the room it smelt like sewer. I went back immediately to the reception and they changed my room. I went to the new room and the air conditioner was broken. I called the staff to the room and they acknowledged it is broken and gave me a new room again. At no point the staff apologized. The staff just shrugged the shoulders like no big deal. I stayed at this property before about 2 years ago and the property conditions were a lot better."

"Clean rooms, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, but had several choices so good start to day. Parking was free and had ample spots. The only downside was that we had booked for 4 people and only had two towels. We requested more, which they gave, but it would have been nice to not have to ask both days. It was quiet and nice to be able to watch the planes landing and taking off. "

"Stayed one night with my family at the Delta Hotels Calgary Airport In-Terminal, and it was an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable super convenient, especially when traveling with family. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and you can tell they pay attention to the little details. Overall, a stress-free, pleasant stay from start to finish. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back."
