"The room was clean although we had to ask for towels the second night. Front desk guy was alone and overwhelmed. They couldn’t give me an invoice. They told my husband it was because it was booked through Expedia That has never been an issue before plus they charged Pet fees and I needed a copy of the invoice with the breakdown."

"This Microtel Inn on West Lincolnway is the one farthest east (meaning closest to the downtown district) of a string of hotels on the same street. I found it clean, comfortable, and convenient to the downtown area, which is within walking distance from the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I have occasion to return to Cheyenne."

"Would stay here again. Love the proximity to the walking path. Love that Bostons is attached and they have free hot breakfast at the hotel. And that I can walk to Starbucks."
