"When we check in they said we cannot get 2 queen beds room that we booked because they sold out the room. We made reservations, a year before our trip and they said our reservation is not guaranteed because we booked it through expedia. They gave us a queen beds room for 4 people in a room. The shower didn’t come out on the shower head but on the open pipe from the wall. Very disappointed with a great name of this hotel."

"The hotel is nice enough, our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and received no housekeeping. There was no information shared at check-in about the need to request housekeeping and no information about the hotel, amenities, restaurant, etc in the room itself. After checking in we never encountered another staff member. The casino was very smoky, even the area that said it was non-smoking. We really just needed a clean, comfortable room as we were in town to visit family and spent little time at the hotel anyway."
