"Size and location of property was good, but owner knew the oven was broken since he text me minutes before I was able to check in and did not have it repaired or have an alternative to bake with. We were left with a make due kind of attitude. For the cost, there should have been something there to bake with especially since we were staying 4 nights and a party of 8. Maybe have Amazon deliver a toaster oven?? Owner has not reinvested any of its proceeds to updating or providing decent towels and...

"Our room was clean and equipped with both a refrigerator and a microwave, which made our stay more comfortable. The staff was friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location is very convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. A nice bonus is the attached restaurant, Two Chicks. We enjoyed a meal there before continuing our trip. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was just as friendly and welcoming as the hotel staff. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay here again."

"We stayed at J Resort Reno for two nights and had a very enjoyable experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant, fresh scent. It also included a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient during our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. We dined at Hanna's Table, and the food was good. We also tried the buffet, which was enjoyable overall. It offered a nice variety of desserts, although they didn't seem as fresh as they could have been. The buffet itself could also benefit from a larger selection of food items. One feature we especially appreciated was the parking garage. It provided convenient access to our room and kept our car protected from the summer heat. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning."
