"Loved it will be back"

"Great location! There are lots of food place in walking distance and even more for a short uber ride. My companion and I were told to check out Dawn's restaurant in Hyde park, it was amazing and we realized it a short walk to the Obama center."

"Great stay"

"Excellent location, spacious rooms. Matt was outstanding! On arrival our request for higher floor corner room was honored. Loved the room! Would stay again!"

"beautiful view gorgeous room"

"Old property. Staircase in front with no ramp for luggage. No bell person to help or even try as they see people struggling with the luggage."

"The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. Onsite options for dining and entertainment were great if you didn't want to leave the hotel."

"Believe it or not, we could not make the TV and thermostat work. This is basic in a hotel. I am not coming back to this other despite I visit Chicago very often for work. Otherwise, the location is unbeatable and the hotel is very nice. Another thing, if you smoke, you will have to get out on the street and stand up. Not even a bench to go to smoke."

"I really liked the view from floor 29th.. it was beautiful... Clean room, very comfortable bed.."

"Wonderful room and great breakfast buffet!"
