"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly proud of their country. They loved sharing information about Dominica, from local culture to must-see spots, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. Laerie took such good care of us at breakfast and lunch, remembering our likes and dislikes, and sharing interesting information about the food and property. Visiting the open air spa is a MUST! I had two massages, which were the best I have ever received! Noreen is fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. We'd definitely come back. "The hotel location was great, right in the middle of town. The amenities were good. The workout room was nice. The manager reception once a week was a pleasant touch. The staff was mostly friendly. At times a bit too laid back with requests. "

"The rooms are beautiful! We loved the patio and the view. Gorgeous. The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. We then ordered the pizza: the dough was so soft and uncooked that we just ate the toppings. We then started simply eating away from the place. On our final night, though, they were doing a barbecue and it was absolutely fantastic. We wonder if we just had a bad dining night. The other thing that happened was that my 82-year-old mother and myself were walking down from our cabin and one of the hotel staff, driving a golf cart, actually honked at us to get out of his way as he sped past us. My poor mother jumped into the drainage ditch, and nearly lost her balance. When we brought it up to management, they knew exactly who it was, which kind of bothered me because they knew he was a risk already. They offered us nothing, no drink, no note from the manager, nothing. In the end, we did love our stay. "

"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant/bar is convenient, and you can pre-order or enquire in advance about opening times, which was helpful for planning. My room was adequate, clean, and felt safe, there was night security present and staff on site, which gave extra peace of mind. Communication via WhatsApp was really helpful and made everything smooth from booking to check-in. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely consider another stay in the future. Special shout out to Ms Warrington for the support when needed. "

"Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

"Ryan is a great host. The kitchen here is great- everything you could need for cooking. Well stocked with pans and utensils and all kinds of extras. The place is spacious and very relaxing. Could easily accommodate three couples. Convenient location close to Roseau, easy access into the mountains for waterfalls and hot springs, and to Soufriere for scuba diving.Highly recommend this place."
