I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was in the new building with an ocean view that was dreamy. Watching the sunset from the balcony was as a treat. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff at the pool bar were lovely. I very much enjoyed my lunches and Pina coladas there.

We had the Deluxe Oceanfront junior suite room. The view was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a small kitchenette and good size porch with chairs.

Firstly, there was absolutely no prior notice that the pool/deck would be closed during our stay - surely on one of the many messages you send, that should have been mentioned. This was very cealrly preplanned so why no communication? The rooms were good, no issues. The food was also good. However, the (already paid for!) taxi to the airport at 4.30am didn't show up. It took 30 very stressful minutes to source a driver to get us there, arriving almost as check in closed. No apology was made for this error, the taxi driver assured us this was never booked with his company. It was even paid for the night before when settling the bill and confirmed several times. Thank god a local taxi driver heard their phone and rushed to get us as it was only the security guard working at that time. A very disappointing end to our stay

The rooms were lovely and clean, with plenty of room and a huge bed. Great views out of the window, even with a city view room. The pool area was small but never really busy, and very relaxing watching the sea. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the staff were very attentive. We were able to book a range of tours from the knowledgable concierge (the whale watching and sunset cruise is an must) and the reception were very friendly. The location is very convenient and all in all, we had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend.

Breakfast buffet was fresh , excellent omelets to order. A bit expensive , consider package which includes breakfast . Not many options for cheaper breakfast close by. Staff was friendly did an excellent job all round including dive center staff. Rooms are clean.

The hotel location was great, right in the middle of town. The amenities were good. The workout room was nice. The manager reception once a week was a pleasant touch. The staff was mostly friendly. At times a bit too laid back with requests.
