10/10 Excellent

"Checking in was super easy, they were able to move my reservation to the same floor that my dad was on so my son and I would not be on our own. I know that is not always possible, especially with our reservations being made last minute, but they made it happen! The front desk ladies were super nice and very helpful!"

2/10 Terrible

"I would not recommend this hotel the staff was Ky friendly at all very nonchalant and uncaring. Hotel smelled musty and furniture was old and dated. The bed linens were dirty and when I asked for more the staff wasn’t concerned as to why just stated I would need to come and pick them up. The bed had dried bloody mucus in 2 spots on the bed long hairs were on the second bantams sheets along with dirt. The shower also had someone long hair in it."

"It’s an old property. No frills. The AC worked, the hot water worked, and the TV was fine. There were loud cars revving their engines that woke me up multiple times during the night, but don’t know how much you can blame the hotel more than the area. For a one night stay traveling through on a roadtrip, it’s fine for the affordability of it."

4/10 Poor

"Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel"
