"We stayed for 2.5 weeks. Very nice hotel and staff, we also liked that there was laundry and kitchen. We forgot some items and called the hotel a day later, they found the items in few hours. Very helpful and communicative, they were able to ship them back to us. (We paid shipping but the staff were so nice and helpful). Highly recommend this hotel!"

"A beautiful hotel and very large rooms for the price. Loved the location great design. A few small complaints: the food at the restaurants could be improved and after room service the tray says to leave it outside in the hallway. There were several times when the trays were out in the hallway all night and smelled even if we called for them to be picked up. But those are relatively small complaints."

"Cute hotel - I like to stay in the same area of Gangnam but choose a different hotel this visit. Really nice concept/eco friendly. Loved the self laundry and gym. Super location for using the airport limousine service v subway-train. Comfortable bed and walkable to several great restaurants and different subway lines."

"I was really happy with La Casa, very comfortable room, in a perfect location close to the Han River cycle way and local restaurants. I’m a cyclist and I brought my bike with me, La Casa was completely bike friendly allowing me to have my bike in my room. Finally their restaurant for breakfast was excellent. I will return to Seoul and La Casa soon! Highly Recommended"

"J’ai passé seulement une nuit au Grand Hyatt et je suis arrivée tard en soirée. Ainsi il est plus difficile d’avoir une opinion objective étant donné que n’ai fait que dormir sans utiliser les différents services. Par contre, le meilleur point en leur faveur est leur situation géographique près de tout à Séoul. Si je revenais à Séoul, je choisirais cet hôtel pour mieux l’apprécier."

"The staff at the desk were very kind. They spoke English, which was very good for me since my brain was too frazzled after traveling all day to try and put together sentences in Korean. The breakfast served each day was a buffet of many different things, including various fresh fruits, pastries, French toast, sausage and bacon. It was very delicious. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely a place ai would stay at again."
