"it really needs remodel everything, it is very OLD, i see some bugs on bed, it is VERY VERY old really needs remodel, The Air conditioner is good, but the housekeeper did not leave clean towels, all they took it all (prob by mistake) but took it all and never put new ones (clean ones) so I had to ask for it, so other than that, to be hoenst it needs tear down and remodel all brand new... Staff needs be at the front desk more often, needs hire more housekeepers, more staff need. bed bugs need...
