"I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "

You’re close enough to everything yet far enough from the chaos- plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby if you want to stay close. They even decorated our room as we are celebrating. Thank youuuuu"

"Shuttle ready at airport when we cleared customs. The hotel is a tropical oasis nestled on a hillside next to a river. Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff anxious to help. From here you would not know there is a city nearby. "

"The room very clean and beautiful, but they had construction and I was not advise of it they did not mention it on their site..they should have it just changed completely the vibe..their pool is also very small so it looks bigger on the images than it is...their breakfast is ok..I had better than that...I would rate it 3.5 stars.."
