"Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.

"Def book a pool view room. The superior deluxe rooms are not nice rooms (it’s worth the extra $18 or so a day). Fabulous pool area and away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to just chill and relax this is definitely the place to book.
If you want to be amongst it all, this property requires a taxi to get into town. It’s only approx $2.50 each way but it’s more the inconvenience of not just being able to walk out your door and be there. As the traffic is soooo bad it can take you 15 mins, sometimes more, to get into town, depending where you want to go.
My 9yo really enjoyed the pool - it is HUGE and tbh the reason why we booked this resort in the first place. Prob wouldn’t stay again because of the distance to cheap massages, shopping (if that’s your thing) and variety of eating out options without having to get taxi.
