"كانت اقامتى ممتاز في الفندق"

"Perfect stay and will choose this hotel the next time I’m in town. Thank You. "

"Excellent location. Nice comfortable room (#19). However the beds are really low height. Kind of strange, but comfortable. Recommended overall. "

"Decent hotel, however all rooms have wall to wall carpets, so if you have allergies or sensitivity to dust choose another place to stay."

"This hotel is absolutely tremendous and very much our “go to” when in Kharkiv. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always top notch. They do an excellent job in the circumstances of the full-scale war. "

"They gave away my reserved room. "

"Great service, very welcome. Excellent location. Superb value Negative, the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising"

"The location is really great - quiet yard not far from the city center. The price is a bargain. The hotel used to be a cool place once. Now it’s not maintained properly. I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there."

"Merkezi bir otel. Temiz. Yalıtım çok kötü. Sesler her yerden duyuluyor. Şampuan ve havlu konusunda cimri bir otel. Sanırım tekrar kalmam"

"I had a good stay and the location was good."

"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."
